Although all sales are final, we understand mistakes do happen. Such as receiving the wrong order. For this reason, we ask that you check your order as soon as you receive it to ensure it is correct. Returns are left to the sole discretion of LuxyVIPTresses.

All returns must be mailed back in it’s original/unopened packaging and must not have been used or installed. The customer is responsible for paying any return shipping cost (we suggest tracking your order).
